All So Kali Sports and Fitness locations or any off-site location hereinafter referred to as the "Provider," and any visitor, hereinafter referred to as the "Visitor," agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of Activities: The Visitor acknowledges that they may participate in certain activities, enter the premises, or utilize the outdoor facilities provided by the Provider. The Visitor is aware that these activities may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss.

2. Assumption of Risk: The Visitor acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with their presence on the Provider's premises and participation in any activities, whether such risks are known or unknown and any injury of any kind.

3. Release and Waiver: The Visitor hereby releases and waives any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action against the Provider, its employees, agents, representatives, successors, or assigns, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm incurred during the visit to the premises or participation in any activities.

4. Indemnification: The Visitor agrees to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm caused by the Visitor's actions or negligence.

5. Insurance: The Visitor acknowledges that the Provider does not maintain insurance coverage for the Visitor's benefit. The Visitor is advised to obtain their own insurance to cover any potential losses or damages.

6. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any legal actions or proceedings relating to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

7. Severability: If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall in no way be affected or impaired.

8. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Provider and the Visitor and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

By signing below, the Visitor acknowledges that they have read and understood this Liability Waiver Contract, and voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms and conditions and that the visitor is liable and responsible for any actions that occur on the premises during any visits to this location.
